At Cacique, we want you to feel confident and comfortable in every piece; if you are not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange your items within 30 days of purchase. All returned merchandise must be in its original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all tags still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging and include the provided packing slip to ensure faster processing.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid return shipping label from your email and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy to monitor your refund status as it reaches our warehouse.
